| MIG was formed in 1994 when a nurse and a hospital administrator recognized the need to investigate medical providers suspected of medical fraud. Our investigators based in metropolitan Philadelphia, Los Angeles, as well as South Florida and Northern New Jersey, visit medical offices to interview professional and unlicensed staff. They also conduct clinic inspections. Insurance companies' claims and SIU departments employ our professional services to identify, and subsequently remove, careless and deceptive medical providers. Discoveries made by MIG investigators lead to criminal prosecution as well as legal and administrative sanctions against providers. Our staff has over 40 years of combined experience in healthcare, insurance, medical office management, in addition to fraud detection and exposure. |
