Solutions
Client receives written results of investigation. The information can be used in claim adjudication, referral to State or Federal agencies. Other uses may be for official proceedings, prosecution, litigation, censure or disciplinary action.
Following client notification, MIG also reports all statute and code violations to appropriate government agencies and regulatory boards.
MIG coordinates efforts and activities with client, SIU, claims department and legal counsel. We provide affidavits, certifications, depositions and testimony as needed.
